Our Employer Hotline’s ensure direct and easy access. When you contact us our Employer Hotline Coordinator will ensure that your enquiry goes to a Business Adviser who will contact you to discuss your full requirements.
Your enquiry will be dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with our Employer Service Standards. We will then work with you to develop effective solutions and will provide full support throughout.

Employer Service Standards
As part of our commitment to providing an exceptional service to our clients, the following service standards will apply:customer service staff within 5 rings during office hours or within 1 working day of a message
being left.
2 working days of the initial contact.
ongoing quality monitoring.
as specified in the training proposal.
contract review dates.
completion of training to measure the business impact agreed prior to the start of the training.
