Course Description

Designed to equip people with the skills and knowledge required in dealing with a First Aid situation.The certificate is validated by the HSE and is recognised as the required qualification for the workplace. This meets the legislative HSE (First Aid) Act.

The course is held in a class room - care practical room.There are demonstration and practice sessions The knowledge requirements are discussed in class and tested with the multiple choice exam on day 3

How will I be assessed?

Assessment forms 2 parts multi choice questionnaire and practical assessment of CPR, top to toe recovery, your dealing with a serious bleed and a fracture
