Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs at grade A-C (including Maths and Science) or an Intermediate Certificate in Engineering and Technology. Mature students (over 21) with relevant work experience need no formal entry requirement, however all students will have to attend an interview and take an Initial Assessment.

2 Years (full-time).

What will I study

You will cover a range of topics including health and safety, computer aided design, programmable logic controls, welding, electrical principles, mathematics and science, organisational efficiency and improvement. You will also learn functional skills which are English, Maths and ICT as required.This course may also (dependant on demand) be available as an Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled programme.
