You are required to have successfully completed the Diploma in Carpentry & Joinery at level 1. You will need to attend an interview and undertake diagnostic testing to ensure your basic skills are at the appropriate level for this course

The Site Carpentry Diploma Level 2 has seven mandatory units. Your individual learning plan will help you learn in a way that bests suits your needs. You will agree a work programme with your tutor, which will include the setting of individually assessed tasks, periodic reviews and tutorials.
Progressive assessments of all course elements are carried out on an individual basis. All assessments contribute towards course units which will build for certification. Assessment includes some external tests.
The course will provide you with the necessary skills, training and knowledge to progress to either become an Apprentice Site Carpenter or gain employment in the construction industry.
