Course Description

Auricular Therapy is also known as Hopi Ear Candle Treatment. This treatment is used to extract wax from the ears and promote a feeling of relaxation and well-being.

No formal entry requirements. This course is ideal for those with a mature and motivated attitude with a genuine interest in the therapy.

Anatomy of the ear
Application of treatment
Mini facial massage using pressure points to accompany the treatment
Contra-indications to the treatment

How will I learn?

You will learn in a modern, well equipped environment; state-of-the-art treatment rooms, using industry standard equipment and high quality products.

How will I be assessed?

Practical skills will be assessed through observation of performance.

Where could it lead?

This could lead to further qualifications like NVQ level 2 beauty therapy, body massage, aromatherapy, reflexology or indian head massage.
