This is an assessment-only option for those who are confident that they are up to date in this area of work. We always recommend that a refresher course be taken.

The subjects are wide ranging, so are largely covered in the classroom.

How will I be assessed?

This is of one day duration and consists of theory papers and practical tasks.

Where could it lead?

After your successful assessment, you may apply for the appliance assessments in the COMCAT range - which please see on the list. After that, subject to being registered with GasSafe, you may legally work in this area unsupervised.
