Course Description

This qualification is suitable for 14-19 year olds as well as adults. It is designed to stimulate interest and encourage the learners understanding of the skills required to care for children.

How will I learn?

The underpinning knowledge is delivered using a range of methods, practical activities, vistis, group tutorials, group work and projects.

Assignments, designing posters, information leaflets and group discussion.
There will be a test for each functional skill.
