The course is aimed at those people who:
> Have successfully completed the Level 2 course in Computerised Accounting or who have competence in all of the processes included in the Level 2 Course
> Wish to consolidate the knowledge of Computerised Accounting processes gained Level 2 and add a small number of additional processes to them
> Wish to familiarise themselves with the monthly outine of an accounts office using a Computerised Accounting system

Ideally learners should have completed the Level 2 Course in Computerised Accounting. However, students who can demonstrate competence in the processes included in the Level 2 Course will also be considered.
The course is run on a day or evening basis, for 3 hours per week. The course is run over an 18-week period starting in either September or February.
Level Three
> Learners will work on the accounts of an existing fictitious company to consolidate their knowledge of the processes learned at Level 2
> The course will also include a small number of additional processes, including: Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing
> Learners will become familiar with the routine of an accounts office by working through three months worth of input and report generation for the fictitious company, using a Computerised Accounting system.
> Learners will identify data security procedures and the implications of current legislation regarding the use of computers and data protection.
